  • My nutrition and weight gain...how come?

    Hey guys Im 15 and I see alot of you put on mass kind of slowly even with a high calorie instake however I don't even eat all that much like 3-4 times a day some eggwhites, meat, soups, vegitables, fruits, 10 pieces of bread and A-ZINK multivitamin and for the past 2 weeks I gained 5 lbs how come? My muscle grow very fast to with my superset work out

        add poptarts into that and you'll be putting on at least 10lbs a week. :D

          hey...sometimes that happens...or maybe you weighed yourself at different times of the day. I can "gain" 4 lbs in a day with no trouble that way

                thats those great young age hormones lie test and hgh kciking in high gear.
                train hard eat correctly you will grow like a weed at that age.

                  Thanks for your replies guys, hopefully its my genes to, because my great grandpa used to run track and do some weightlifing and my dad as well but I wasnt ever sure that that would influence it

                        In just 2 months I went from 5.10/2 to 5.11/8 and I gained 10 lbs from 3 weeks of superseting my workouts, man I hope my May I will be a beastly wide receiver with awesome physique and speed

                            I know that Im a bit overboard with my expectations but still I want too come to the camp next year and tear up the whole defence not with my speed like last year but with my strength and size
