    just really quickly...
looks very clean, but you might want to add some essential fatty acids (EFAs). If you don't want to ruin your shakes, you can take a tablespoon or two of flaxseed or macadamia nut oil twice a day
also, mix in some brown rice, you'll get real tired of oatmeal 5 times a day

I ran out of the oils normally I'll take a tablespoon at lunch and a tablespoon before bed. As far as the brown rice I'll most likley replace my post workout oatmeal with brown rice. It does get boring eating like this but if I were to eat like I wanted I'd be a fat ass. It's just priorities comes before anything else.

If your bulking... you could just eat 5 or 6 whole eggs at night instead... the cholestrol won't cause a problem

could also add olive oil or natural peanut butter or a few more eggs. also get some red meat in there. and the rice would be good too and is also good mixed with beans.
