Why don't you try a good clean diet and stop asking for the miracle drug

sure it will, as long as you eat a good clean diet that is a few hundred calories above your BMR, and you work out and sleep enough. :fufool:

I dont know a whole lot about types of fish but get lean beef, chicken, turkey, etc. I wouldnt say cut out supplements, just remember they are called supplements for a reason. I'm not gonna waste my time finding the exact definition but think of them as "in addition to" your good diet and workout schedule. read and search about creatine, I'm probably gonna start taking expand again before workouts only when I start creatine again February.

Maybe you should answer the question or shut the fuck up.

Your diet and training are going to be far more important than ANY supplement you purchase. Head to the nutrition section, post your diet and let us take a look at it. Youre going to gain far mroe lean muscle from a solid diet than w/ any OTC product.

Anyway, to this product.... creatine is creatine (conditionally), so there is no point in paying a GNC price for creatine, which is far too much. It's overpriced, but if you have the $$ and dont mind spending it, then more power to you...

As for 20lbs of LEAN muscle in 8 months, simply not likely. Unless youre a genetic freak, which I doubt, you should set more attainable goals. Id shoot for something like 4 lean lbs of muscle a month. This goal sounds low, but remember, weight gain and lean muscle gain are like night and day.

Thanks guys, youre right, I will just eat natural foods, and by the way I now will eat 4-6 times a day as yesterday I ate 4 times and here is what I ate

                          Breakfast
                          3 eggs
                          3 breads
                          3 slice cheese
                          2 glass milk(w choc)

                          Launch:
                          1 glass milk
                          2 breads
                          2 slice cheese
                          noodles

                          Dinner
                          1 glass milk
                          1 cheese
                          2 breads
                          mashed potatoes(100 gm+
                          steak

                          Dinner 2
                          1 cheese
                          1 bread
                          Phily Butter
Steamed broccoli, other seeds, meat and mushrooms

Total I calculated: 3,408 calories, and 166-180 grams of protein so I went5 over what the site recommended for me to gain mass. The site says I need 2500+ calories and eat 150 grams of protein

Plus I will be eating salmon, whalnuts more veggies and fruits for added potassium and energy support, plus Im now currently taking a multivitamin called from A-ZINK.

Hey YJ, if he gains 4 lbs a month, that would be 32 lbs in 8 months so why the goal of 4 per month? just shorter terms or what? just trying to understand.
and gff, I'd cut out some cheese and add in some chicken or tuna or something. maybe a tuna sandwich instead of a cheese one.

4lbs is a solid goal because its 1lb a week, which when you begin to use creatine, a solid diet and solid training, isnt too difficult. When a goal is not too difficult to reach, you get the feeling of accomplishment, which keeps you motivated. Unfortunately, we all know that the more lbs you put on the harder it is to keep putting on.... so I suppose I could have been more detailed and told him to aim for 6lbs the first month, 4 the next, 3 the nest, etc. but Im doubting unless he is a genetic freak this will all be lean muscle.
