ok i have a pretty basic ?...i can eat a meal consisting roughly of about 60+ grams of protein and 50-100+ grams of carbs and somewhere between 0-15grams of fat and not be full...my BMR is liek 3700 im 5'9'' and 215 like 15-20% bf or maybe a lil less...im trying to put on as much muscle as possible before i do a show this summer...so like i was saying i can eat nonstop. is it bad for me to eat everysingle time i get the urge as long as its realtively clean? or am i wasting food that will just pass thru my system...my food choices are typical chicken lean beef turkey eggs milk protein powders lo fat cheeses yogurts whole grain pasta and bread, oats, sweet potatoes etc...i can eat like anywhere from 5-8 times a day (im not very consistent)

uhh like anywher from 3500-5000 id guess...im very inconsistent at keeping track but i do make sure i get AT LEAST 200g of protein and 400 g of carbs ...i work at a gym w a a shake bar and tons of protein bars and shit...i spend like most of my paychecks on protein shakes and bars lol....like ill work a 6hr shift and have like 4shakes and however many bars not to mention food on top of that...and some days im on the run so its less
