I'm in the process of moving, and for the next 2 weeks or so I won't have easy access to make food. I can't afford to eat out so often. I am thinking of skipping 2 meals a day, instead just drinking a quart of 2% milk. It's like 500 calories/quart, and the macronutrient breakdown is pretty good, a bit heavy on the fat and carbs maybe. How good/bad will it be for me to do this?

If you REALLY dont have time to make food, get some up your mass and atleast get a somewhat balanced meal. I use it when I go to class at night for 3 or 4 hours and dont even have time for a sandwich. I cant see doing it for more thwn one meal a day though. tuna sandwiches acn be made and eaten in less than 10 minutes. Also, do you have a george foreman? i never use a regular oven.
