I have been having this the last few mornings along with a protein shake. Give it a try.
In a bowl, combine the following.
1 cup Oatmeal
6-7oz. Water
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Mix the above together. Once mixed poor into a flat pan that has been covered with Pam and cook on each side until brown. (About 4 minutes on each side.)
Once done, put on a plate and give it a squirt of Honey.
Thats it. This is kinda my new way of eating oatmeal.
For those of you who eat like shit most of the time and eat clean some of the time, this recipe will be a little boring to you. But for those who eat clean all the time, this will taste just like pancakes! Enjoy.
