welcome...most of us don't deal in stones for weight, we're all a lot more familiar with pounds

quickly...overall, 33 grams of fat seems a little low for a 3700 cal diet, you should probably eat a little closer to 80-90 gms fat, try adding olive oil, natural peanut butter, almonds, salmon, etc

your rolls should be whole-wheat rolls, and try to incorporate brown rice in your meals. Be careful with rice cakes, they're delicious but they're a fast-digesting carb and can spike your blood sugar levels

are there any foods you can't stand, or don't like eating?

1 stone is about 14lbs, so 14stones is about 196lbs.
