I remember reading a study here about a cross country skier that wasn't eating enough calories, and once she added like 800 - 1000 calories/per day, she was able to drop her bf% from like 23% to 12% in 8 - 12 weeks.
I've done several searches, and I've been unable to locate the thread. If anyone has seen this article, I'd appreciate it if it could be reposted or a link provided. My gf, who i think is lean enough, wants to be leaner, and I'm trying to convince her that she needs to consume more calories.
I'm not going to get into her needs, stats, etc., but I am trying to show her the importance of nutrient timing and her having a better idea of what she is actually consuming. Anyway, any help is greatly appreciated.
