      the only problems i've had with it are the gases the next morning. Guess im too much lactose intolerant. It sux. ut i love cottage cheese though.

        I started adding black beans to my rice and chicken for my two mid-day meals after Control said something about it in another post. It definitely helps in the flavor and texture departments. I also like the fact that its a little more balanced of a meal and still has a good amount of protein.
