i have stated them a few times before but here goes :evil: .. im 22, ecto.. about 5'10 amost 5'11 200lbs and about 12%-13 body fat. i use the fitday.com to manage my nutrition i find it pretty helpful. my goal is to drop about 10lbs and shread the fat keeping the muscle. i have been doin low-resistant cardio 3 days a week and seening abb workouts 3-4 times a week along with a gallon or more of water (not looking to take clen or any cutting drugs). i am looking to comptete within a year to 2 of preperation :D
