  • help im stupid so step by step please

    ok im 24 155 pounds 6 foot been working out for about year and a half im taking sustonan and halodrol-50 also i have steel bars and weighte gainer 1850 also gear this is what i have to take ive been working out with the sustonan and have gotten nothing so i know it has to be the way im eating so i need help bad maybe a friend on the phone i know that sounds stupid but i need guidence lol i need to know how and what to eat what im tryin got do is get to 170 around four or five percent body fat i think im at about 7 or 8 percent now but im skinnny i wanna be really ripped thats why im trying roids any help well e very thankful in this is what i do know in the morning at 6 i drink 20 oz of water eat a steel bar and take three gear pills and eat maybe a bannan or yougurt at nine i eat 5 eggs there are scrambled on bread and alot more water at 12 i eat two hot pockest and tuna fish more water take my halodrol pill when i get home at 430 or 500 i eat out meal light bowl some chicken or pasta then take a 17hd pill then work out then after i work out a shake around 730 ill eat some peanut butter and a couple of bagles and some icecream then around 930 or 1000 my shake and more oatmeal then bed all over again the next day maybe yall can help me know what to eat better i am a very picky person i think the suston is fake i mean i got the anger problems from it but nothing else help please

    Stop asking for help with your diet when there are tons of threads on here that will teach you more than you obviously already know - you're not going to find anyone to write out your life plan for you so get started on helping yourself. I may only speak for myself here but I would like to think that we only help those who help themselves first.

        Casper, I'd edit that post if I were you, before one of the mods reads it and you end up getting banned. What Foghat is saying is that there is a lot that you can do yourself for your own diet, and to make more out of what you're taking. In other words, the first thing that you need to do is not post a "what should I do?" thread, but rather, read what's already out there, and formulate your diet from advice given in situations similar to yours.

          Go back and read almost EVERY response to every thread that you have made from the time you joined this board. The basic consensus is that you are a tool and frankly I'm quite surprised you've been tolerated this long...

              Anyways, if you read so many of Foghat's responses you should have learned something. You were told in your first post to look through the nutrition section and see what diet should look like. Then return with your proposed plan and get advice. Honestly we do have a problem with people like you that put all sorts of chemicals in your body without having a clue about them. It's what gives all a bad name for no reason. But you have to take the good with the bad if you want help. We are not here to hold your hand, we are here to educate.

                Use the search funtion and look for a bulking diet, there are tons on this site. Once you have a general idea of the diet try it out and adjust one thing at a time until you find what works for you the best. After 1.5 years you are not ready for any chemical help, that will just mess with your body and waste your money. You need to get your diet and training together first, then after a few more years you might want to look at doing a cycle, but until then steer clear. We wouldn't mind helping you, but you've gotta show us that you are willing to put some work into this first. As Shibby said we are here to educate, not hold you hand.

                    yea man you got a lot of research to do....fog hat has always helped me you have alot to learn....and to get smart like that to a friend of almost all members on this board is not going to get you anywhere.....second your cycle needs some serious help too.....running sust by itself is not the way to go nor is being just worked out for a year and a half.....change your diet take some protein in train harder and youll get there.....

                        Casper, look at it from our perspective:
                        on a regular basis we have people who come onto this board and ask the same questions you ask, and by 'on a regular basis' i mean CONSTANTLY. it does get old and because this is our leisure and not business most of us are not always going to put on a smiley face and explain things for the nth time. there's more information out there than we can put together without researching past info ourselves. we can all give you the basics, the amount of protein/lb, carbs/lb, healthy meats/fats/carbs, but it's something you should do yourself, formulate your diet, and then ask for critiques.
                        tell you what, put together a good diet plan, write it out, and then ask us for help. many of the people here are personal trainers, or have enough experience to shame new personal trainers, and pt's aren't cheap, nor is our time. but if you do your part and present what you've found, i've learned the members of this board are then more than happy to help you from there. we won't teach you to ride a bike, but we'll teach you how to ride it better. give it a try, and go from there...

                            Exactly, threads like this one are started a few times a week. If you do a little reading you'll find what your looking for. Put in the effort you'd use in the gym into your research and you will see the results your looking for.
