im looking for good examples of diets...i wanna get huge...my diet sux...but in 1-2yrs i got nicely figured just by eating what i could...never junk food...i always ate clean...
im looking for a nice and simple clean diet to balance me out...i wanna start getting hardcore with bbing.
it be great if someone can lead me to example diets or type and example out for me...must include chicken mostly and potatoes things like that...im more of a chicken eater than steaks...
as for stats...im now 21 yrs old...5'11 208lbs lean...around 12-14%bf...lifting for 2yrs...
I just need to get my diet together...my training is fine i had lots of help with that...i had a friend that was a trainer...now im on my own since...
my goals are to stand on that stage competing at least once...i just wanna get my diet down to business...i cant really type in my diet..bc its different everyday...as if right now it will be...but i eat chicken everyday..and rice and veggies and potatoes...oatmeal...eggs...etc...
once i move...im gonna start this diet and start getting hardcore.
