  • Keith Klein

Anyone know much about him? Is he generally focused towards bodybuilders and athletes or does he do slightly more general public work? I can't view his website right now because my company has it blocked for some damn reason.

    Thanks in advance!

      Thank you bad14u!

I was referred to him for nutritional advice this morning, but I want to find out a little more about him first. I'm not back to my old health or shape yet and feel a little intimidated to go to someone who helps out Pro's and so on. I'm no where close to bodybuilder stature or even fitness model stature at the moment so I'm feeling like I'd be a little out of place until I can get back somewhere closer to my old self. Maybe this would be the best time to go though. I don't know...

            Just saying hello (first post)

            Howdy,

I've been reading for a while and finally decided to sign up. I just wanted to say howdy to everybody here. :)

Lots of good reading here. I hope I can give a little back. Sorry if this is in the wrong place, I'm still a little new to this.
