    eggs
    oats
    chicken
    rice
    beans
    beef
    veggies

Totally doable. My diet as it is now I could switch to totally non-processed without too much trouble. I would have too cook my own black beans and I dont know about cottage cheese. The only problem I see is your protein intake. Without protein shakes it will be difficult to keep it high enough.

My opinion, yes you could do it but I dont necessarily see a point.

fruit would have to be a big part of your diet. By the way if you are having rice especially white rice, it is as PROCESSED AS HELL

I see your point. It seems to me that most of the stuff in a clean bodybuilder's diet is unprocessed or at least minimally processed (like pasteurized cottage cheese) anyway so I dont think you would "feel" much of a change. I assume you mean not eating all the chemicals and preservatives and crap. You could even make cheat meals from scratch.

BTW, white rice, generally, is not "processed as hell" white rice is just brown rice with the outer layer removed. When you do that you lose some of the nutrients so they get added back to get "enriched rice" Just like enriched white bread though, it isnt as good as the naturally nutrient rich source.
