  • Just a question

How strict are yo uyall when it comes to your diets? When it comes to eating, how strict are you all while in diets avoiding certains foods you wish you had.

Ive been eating cleaner but these past 2 days ive been eating my foods but added pizza and chips. I ate that because its been a while and at work we had a party. I didnt want to but the temptation was there :(. Right now i might go out to eat with my ex probably chili's, have strong craving for some chicken crispers.

I cut lot's of corners. Corners I wish I didnt cut but my dedication is not 100% at the moment. I put soy sauce on my omellettes. Sometimes add cheese if my daughter will be eating one also. My biggest downfall is salt. I try to not add salt, but 50% of the time I do. No wonder I walk around like a bloated whale most of the time. If i crave something sweet (usually once a month), i have it, because it then normally makes me sick and i remember why i dont eat it everyday. I have a glass or 4 of red wine maybe twice a week. Usually for Friday night football & on Sunday night as its a special sit down relaxed family dinner. I have some bad habbits, but I do look at the positive things I do. Like train everyday. Make sure i get enough protein. Limit saturated fat intake. Absolutely no potatoes, pasta or bread. A strict breakfast. And if I do eat crap, then the rule is I don't eat crap again for 7 day's. Few things I wish to change, but I think that will come with maturity, self discipline & dedication. Just gotta go find a shop that sells all 3.

And no matter how bad I am, I refuse to eat chips! Hot or cold chips. NEVER! I swear they are responsible for the obesity problem!

It's bad huh *LOL*. It's my main weakness. A Bottle of Red Wine & a jar of olives. I think it's the savoury things i miss most. Probably why I still put salt on most things! So gotta stop that bad habbit.

            its all about dedication.

I ask this because of my situation and also people i know who go to the gym with me. Most people cannot say or stand being on a clean diet and they decide to give it up and wonder why they do not make any progress at all. Its all about sacrifice and wanting it.

I'm not nearly as strict as I should be; however, when dieting for a competition, I don't cheat AT ALL unless it's a planned cheat meal.

maybe thats why i cheat at times. If i knew i was gonna compete, hopefully next summer 2007, i would not cheat at all. But at the moment my goal is to have my stomach flat and some visible abs. I got it flat and visible but theres this little layer i got which im trying to get rid of. Then at times i got those cravings, so i eat and eat.
