    what is everyone's protien intake per day, mine is around 350g

      I think its smart to also post your weight.

      260 min from WHOLE FOODS + 70 from shakes =320g.

      330g/194lbs = 1.7g/lb

        Protein 504 (only about 80 of that is from my am/pwo shakes) - Carbohydrates 551 - Fat 77 (43%, 42%, 15% ratios).

              FitDay isn't always 100% accurate but with the foods I am eating it's pretty darn close. I have compared the labels with the program's numbers and in this case everything is as close to exact as you're going to get.

              This is all broken up over 7-8 meals and I didn't realize it until now but I throw in another 80g carbs / 30g protein pwo that I forgot to add in here. Also, miscellaneous carbs from about 6cups of green beans (but that would be less than 20/25 carbs total).

                I take in about 430 each day. I am leaning out a bit though, because I am eating only 3600 calories.

                      6'1 205 5.3% bf With our "All the Whey" Protein shakes i'm getting about 100g from our Super Mass, and then the rest with my food so in all about 250g of protein. Give me a call because we all need protein and I"m not sure who you guys are buying from and why but you could be paying less for a better product 800-866-1970 just ask for Rob

                          My protein intake varies from 250g to 400g depending on off season/precontest training and aas cycle. using 1st class protein sources and very little meal replacements/protein shakes.
                          5 ft 9 off season 230lbs contest 200 lbs.

                            My protiend goes from 200g to 500, sometime even higher depending of if I go to a all you can eat buffet lol. Lately I'm getting tired of eating and cooking so protein drinks and meal replacements take 100 - 150 g. I really think of food lately as in Pounds of meat.
