Try taking a supermass 600 shake, if you want to put on some calories, also what are you doing as far as meal wise now, you should be eating more smaller meals throughout the day, it also depends on how much you weight and how fast your are burning those calories, that's a hard question to answer without more information though. http://www.allthewhey.com/WeightGainer/weightgainer.htm

This has probably been posted a few hundred times, but I am/was a hard gainer...my advice is to calculate what your eating now in terms of calories so you know what your body needs to function and sustain weight and add 500 calories each week, you'd be surprised how many people don't track their calories but I am a firm believer that diet is the biggest part of training. Continue to add 500 calories a day each week until you begin to gain weight..you can't jump from 2k calories to 5k overnight...ur stomach won't be able to handle it and ur gonna be on the bowl haha. I'm sure Bouncer can add to this.....try MRM's gainer it's like 24 for 10lbs right now and it works well for me.

Yeah use the 500 extra per day for a week then bump another 500...that way you don't put on a lot of fat, but over time you'll determine what u need in terms of cals to gain and not overdue it....but if your a hard gainer trust me fat doesn't just appear if u have a few shakes, it takes time bro....and A LOT of beer I bet ;)

I am a very hard gainer and this is my diet, I have been trying to put on mass and this is working for me with good results. I have 6 eggs in the morning with a bagel ,I added a a weight gainer shake like 600 calories and a protein shake right when i get up, two hours later I have another shake and some high fiber cereal , two hours later I have 8-16 oz of chicken with some brown rice two hours later I have another shake with some peanuts or cashews, two hours later another shake , two hours later 8-16oz. of steak or chicken with a patatoe and riceand a shake right before gym then right after gym another shake then I have some spagetti with meat sauce with extra lean hamburger. finally before I go to bed I have two cups of low fat cottage cheese. By the way if anybody has any better suggestions for this diet let me kno all info is appreciated right now I'm 6'3" 215lbs.
