6 skinless chicken breasts (boneless if desired)
3/4 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish (more/less as desired)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce (more/less as desired)
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken in a single layer in an ungreased baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl. Remove chicken from oven and turn over. Brush sauce over chicken pieces. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Discard any unused sauce.
