I am currently at about 15% bodyfat and am looking to get my bodyfat to around 8-9%... I was wondering which meal replacement do you guys think is best for me to try... i have been reading a lot of positive stuff about prolab and their lean mass complex and naturally lean complex, also labradas lean body mrp... i am looking for something without maltodextrin in it that has complex carbs in it... any suggestions?

Stick with a well known reliable brand,,,they are all about the same.

Take a look at VPX's Micellean Bioactive Superfood. Most of their products are way overpriced and probably junk too, but this one is pretty good.
The carbs source is rice, flax seed, oat fiber, oat cereal solids, barley, oat and rice bran...no malto.
