Im 5' 11" and 185 pound male needing to loose some weight and put on some muscle. Im thinking that probally need to loose atleast 20 lbs before I could notice my abs. I have never been on a diet before and dont know much about diets. I have read alot on the forums about what people eat for dieting, what is it you look for in your food to loose the weight? I have 1-2 hours a day to exercise to help keep me in fit, anyone have a good plan for what kind of work out program I should do during a week period?

the best way to lose some fast fat loss is to cut out all junk food and sodas the tighten up even further from there,,,good place to start.
