I am frustrated simply because it is so hard for me to get bigger since I work fulltime and go to school fulltime... I simply do not have the time to cook the food I need to eat... i know this may sound dumb but are MHP shakes sufficient to reach caloric goals... i know real food is better and should be eaten but if someone simply cannot find time to cook technically could they use those shakes to reach the goal even if he drinks 3 to 4 500 calorie MHP up your mass shakes a day to compensate for only being able to eat three regular meals?

Are you able to find time to cook up food for more than one meal at a time? You could try to set aside some time on the weekend to cook a shitload of food and then freeze it so you only have to warm it up when you're ready to eat it. There are tons of recipes that don't take much time to make and you can make them in bulk easily too. There are even some on this board.

Go to the store and get some frozen precooked grilled chicken breasts. They take 2 minutes in the microwave and are really pretty good. Tuna is very quick. Almonds when you are on the run or something. Most people, including myself work or go to school full time. Thats not really an excuse. I don't know about your situation, but for me, I have come to terms with the fact that I get lazy and lose track of my goals when it comes to nutrition. I'm working at it though. Good Luck!

I got to school and work everyday as well and I found it at first to be seeminlgy impossible, I get those frozen tyson chicken tenders and, I also buy alot of eggs at once. I get my eggs ready every night and set up all my meals for the next day. for example I will cook double everything so I have 3 meals in between the three meals I cook the next day, it doesnt sound right saying it, so here's an example, In stead of cooking 2 lbs of chicken do 4 and the same with other foods so then the next day you will have something to eat already prepared in between the three meals you have to cook.

It takes me just as long to prepare 2 days worth of food as it does to prepare a weeks worth - just do it and be done with it - it isn't a burden if you prepare well enough...
