I'm 6'0", 200lbs, guessing about 14% BF or so. I wanted to get a little bigger before I started cutting but I'm just starting to look a little too puffy for my own liking, plus I can see slight man boobs in the near future.. I used my estimated lean body mass to get a BMR of 3160. I plan on doing cardio 4-5 days a week before my first meal by either running (slow jog accompanied with some HIIT) or using the heavy punching bag. I'm still going to lift heavy with my upper body/lower body split as it has been working very nicely so far. This is my first attempt at making a serious attempt at real dieting so go easy on me and I appreciate all the knowledge you can shed on me.
(Cardio at 8:00)
Meal #1 (8:45AM-9:00AM)
6 Egg Whites
2 Whole Eggs
1 Cup Oatmeal
Multi Vitamin
Meal #2 (Pre-workout 11:00AM)
Two Cans Tuna
Banana
Meal #3 (Immediately post-workout 12:30PM-12:45PM)
2 Scoops Whey Protein
2 Teaspoons of Glutamine and 1 scoop Creatine in 8 oz. of Apple Juice
Meal #4 (1:30PM)
Chicken Breast
1 Cup Brown Rice
1 oz. Peanuts
Meal #5 (4:00PM)
Bouncers Tuna Patties
Meal#6 (7:00PM)
Salad w/ Fat Free Dressing
Either Chicken Breast or Lean Beef
More Green Veggies
Meal #7 (Before Bed)
Still not sure what to put here. Heard good things about low fat cottage cheese but I’m not a huge fan. What are some other good options for before bed??
If all goes well and I can fix all the faults (which I'm sure there are plenty of) then I can start the diet on Monday....
