  • Kick up your chicken and rice.

    Everyday my first meal after my post workout shake is chicken and rice. It gets pretty boring so I was thinking of something to do with it that wouldn't add too much time.

    Pretty simple.

    Add 2-3 Tbsp of Cattleman's BBQ sauce (Best BBQ sauce in the world) and a Tbsp of franks hot sauce. Thats it. Gives it a nice kick and changes the flavor a bit.

      another good one is adding beef or chicken boullian i cant spell.. the beef or chicken flavoring paste, to your brown rice right before its done cooking. you will look forward to eating it. well at least for a couple weeks.

              Tastes great, but loaded w/sodium...one pouch has over 2k mg's.

                wow, I read the back and I thought it said it had like 15 mg / serving...and each serving was 1/8 of the pouch...damn, I must have looked at the wrong part...

                  Yeah the pack I had recently was 8 servings and 290mg of sodium per serving.
