I have been making steady gains for about a year now but, for the past couple months I have been stuck at my current weight of 225 and suggestions would be greatly appreciated heres my stats:
Height:6' 3"
Weight:223 lbs.
Body Fat: 12% (Not Quite Sure)
Goals: I would like to hit 230lbs. by april and 250lbs. by next september. I want to keep the same BF% after I hit 250 I will worry about shedding the extra fat then.
Basal Metabolic Rate: 3650 calories
The Food I like to eat: Chicken,eggs,steak,hamburg,turkey,pork,oatmeal,pot atoes,peanut butter,salads,cottage cheese.
I don't really do cardio, only 10 minutes after my workouts.
I dont do any gear or anything, was thinking about a cycle of test enanthate this april but not sure, what do you think?

8 am- dozen eggs
10:30am- either 3 peanut butter sandwiches on white bread or 12 oz Dangelo steak and cheese grinder
3pm- 16 oz. of chicken
5pm- either 16oz. of chicken, pork chops, or steak, with a big baked potatoe and salad with ranch dressing
7pm- 8 oz. of chicken
10pm- 1 cup cottage cheese
