I'm not going to comment on everything as there are others much better at those sort of things but you want protein at night. Good choices are cottage cheese or natural peanut butter. If you have a little of your regular protein with the peanut butter, the fat will slow the absorbtion. Pretty soon here youre going to have to pick, get big or get cut, you can do both at first but after a while you need to pick one and stick with it for a while. Cottage cheese tastes like crap to me but you get used to it. I just swallow it with water or sometimes cranberry juice.

Dude, cottage cheese is nasty as hell. I can't handle the taste. I never thought of natural PB at nite. As far as my goal. I wanna get Big, no doubt, but i noticed i naturally leaned out. i do my cardio and keep my lifting consistang Low reps high weights. Usually i am sore for about 3-4 days after i hammer a muscle group.

I agree... cottage cheese is nasty. So are egg whites every morning. And plain chicken 3-4 times a day. And some nighttime protein. Believe me, it's not for everyone. If you can't stomach it then continue to eat instant oatmeal before bedtime.

Nightime snacks for what you're trying to achieve...

              * Egg White Omelet (throw in some tomatoes/onions or a little bit of salsa if you get tired of plain)
              * Cottage Cheese (try adding a fruit - splenda and raisins/apples/strawberries make it quite a treat)
              * Chicken and Vegetables (rice if you can pull it off)
              * Casein Protein Pudding (I've got a recipe in that section)
              * Fat/Sugar-Free Jello can fool you into thinking you're full as well

I am curious about how i get fat from it. I don't go right to sleep after i eat it, I usually sleep around midnite anyway. So in 1.5-2hrs i am awake and digesting it faster rather than sleeping right after i eat and having it digest slowly.

Well instant oatmeal has alot of sugar in it for one. Just alot of carbs at the wrong time of day.
Now I did assume you were going to bed right after this little meal in which you would want a slow release protien not carbs. especially if you want to lose some fat.
I did notice something else I don't like in your post, You cut your protein intake big time on cardio days. Why? Your protein intake should be high everyday. Your muscles are growing more on non lifting days than when you are lifting so your shorting yourself on muscle gains doing that.

Just eat the peanut butter if you want to "get big" but I don't think it is a good choice for "cut[ing] down at the same time"...

You might want to add some more carbs to your last meal. Not sure you are getting enough.

Okay... seriously... why so many carbs?? Where's the protein?????

When I'm cutting or bulking I always have a shake before I go to bed. If I'm bulking I'll add 1/2 cup of oats, a tbl spoon of natty pb, and a handful of ice. Blend it up and down the hatch. I know you said you don't like cottage chesse but that is another great form of protein you can eat before bed. Also, egg whites. You definitely want to add some type of protein in your bedtime snack.
