            The ACSM is for athletes and approach everything from a standpoint of women's cross country to mens football.... this is very broad and generalized.

              very true....its funny how they try to dispell the egg thing but then they say you can eat ONE egg, lol..who eats one egg at a sitting...they should have included that people should combine egg whites with the one yolk to get the most out of it.
