Thought I just share what Prep contest meals looks like for me. Normally this meal consist of 9 oz of Fish, 1 cup of veggis, and 1/2 cup brown rice.
-1st meal usually 1 hr before gym is 1/2 cup oatmeal with nat PB and 60
gram (weighted) of protein powder.
-This meal is usually meals my 2nd and 3rd.
-4th 6 oz lean red meat steak or lean ground beef and 1 cup of veggis.
-5th 6 oz fish and 1 cup of veggis and 2 pineapple rings
-6th protein shake 60 gram (weighted) of protein and nat PB.
This diet is what I follow starting 20 wks up to 12 wks, then diet would change due to metabolism and how I look in the mirror.
Stats: 5'6 175 lbs, 10 % bodyfat.
