  • Lean Meats?

What exactly are lean meats? A list would also be appreciated. Sorry for all of the questions I am still just a nube. Thanks

Stuff like boneless, skinless chicken breast, turkey breast (can be bought ground as well), flank steak is lean for red meat, pork tenderloin, certain types of fish (orange roughy is good)

Most processed canned tuna is nothing but protein. There are naturally no carbs and they actually strip away all the omega-3 fatty acids that naturally occur in tuna to make it a fat free food. These fats are actually very good for cardiovascular and brain health. They also help burn fat and have great anti-inflammatory properties. I only buy wild caught tuna steak or canned tuna from a company called Eco-Fish. There's is unprocessed with all the great fat and is very moist and tastes awesome.
