    There is definitely more balance here with all 3 macro-nutrients present in each meal. pwo looks good now. Good job amigo!!!

      Much better - just stick with this for a while and see where it takes you - then you can go from there...

        I just thought of something. I've been using 1/4 cup of alvacado with my meals, because I was thinking fluid ounces...but thats probably incorrect. Is there a way I can figure out the 1.8 ounces without a scale?
