  • Protein Bars

    3 c dry oats
    2 c natty pb (1 jar)
    3 tbs honey
    1 c fat free low/no sugar yogurt
    5 scoops vanilla whey protein
    1 cup milk
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    Splenda
    Raisins
    Cinnamon

mix wet ingredients in one bowl, slowly stir dry ingredients.. press into a 9 x 13 pan, and refrigerate.

I used a couple different recipes from this site and came up with this. It is damn good! The consistency doesn’t get to where you are able to cut it into bars. I throw some in a tupperware dish for work and then eat it with a spoon. If anyone has a sweet tooth this will definitely help!

What kind of yogurt do you buy? I have the hardest time finding yogurt that isn't loaded with sugar. I KNOW they make SF, I guess I'm just having a difficult time finding it since I moved.

I'll have to get back to you on that one. It comes out to 2 small serving size containers. I know there is only 2-3 g of carbs per container. Only one brand that I could find like this. I have 2 at home formy next batch. I'll let you know.

Yeah a little high on calories and fat (good fat :D) I take a spoon full if I'm feeling like I need to cheat. Usually helps with the cravings.

I use Dannon light & fit carb and sugar control. Only 3g of carbs.
