  • Tuna packs in bulk??

So I know you can buy the cans in bulk at Sams or BJ's. But I have recently fallen in love with the Tuna Creations marinated tuna from Starkist. Thing is they only come in the pouches. Do they sell those in bulk at Sams or BJ's or would I have to go somewhere else? I only ask because the closest Sams or BJ's is 30 minutes from me and I'd like to know before I take the drive. And buying the individual packs at the stores will eventually break me. They are $1.88 a pack!!!

damit they do have an ass of sodium. the lemon pepper has like 550mg per pack. thing is I am working an assload and it is just so convenient along with the 60 second brown rice cups. Maybe I'll have to start making my chicken and broccoli stir fry again and packing it in tupperware during the day. But those damn tuna creations are delicious. And the herb and garlic? Oh shit itll make u wanna slap your momma its so good.

Well, this is off the tuna topic and back to the sodium, but I don't want to start a whole new thread. Assuming I check my blood pressure regularly and it is always in the normal range, and also assuming I'm not too concerned with the temporary water retention, are there any more real disadvantages to having all the sodium in these tuna pouches??

if the tuna's problem is the sodium content then simply clean it before eating it...
