It was around 3-4pm. So after a couple of meals with no carbs, I guess fish oil doesn't quiet work the same way. Ok, I'll add few servings rice/oatmeal here and there. What's a good amt (in g) of carbs to aim for?
just add a cup of brown rice to a few meals. cup of oatmeal or sweet potato would also serve a good substitute for the rice.
i would also cut back a bit on the fish oil. take it down to 3 caps per meal.
