today is my first day of my PCT .
I know some people change the diet and workout for the period when them come back to "natural", rigth?
so, i have eat for 20 week only 50gr carbs in the breackfast , and the rest of my meals, had higth proteins only!
Now i thinking to add some carbs for not lose the lean mass, also i'm still in cuting , but only 25gr for example of dextrose to post workout, what do you think ?
i don't have a free day for eat sugar excc..is important one day a week eat what it likes??? one type of rechange!!!
last years i remaber ate some fruits, becouse i like it very much!!
i thinking to re-add this thing!! but is not productive i believe for my body rigth??'
please if you have some info for help me to create a new diet please let me know...
