I have hear that going on a very low carb diet for 2 week periods then slowly introducing carbs back in and still at a low level can work well to cut unwanted fat.... Wondering what do you guys think would be the lowest to go daily on the carb intake and what are some good foods to eat without carbs?

    Thanks

I wouldn't go less than 100 but I know some that go down to 50 on a regular basis (I've gone down to virtually 0 before but I don't think it made enough of a difference and I would prefer not to feel/look like such shit again) - as for how to go about this you've been around this game long enough you oughta know how to get it done - just don't count carbs from greens...

Yes it works great for cutting fat. Just be careful when you introduce the carbs back into your diet, do it gradually or else they will store as fat and you'll be back to where you started in no time. Also, the feeling like shit will subside after about 4-5 days because you body will adjust to run on ketones instead of glucose.

I agree on the first part but getting your body into ketosis is what you're trying to avoid by "cycling" carbs - never actually allowing yourself to reach this state is the point...
