there is no good protein bar. they are filled with shit. do yourself a favor and do not incorporate them into your diet. powders are a much better option.

no, every single one has fillers and other garbage. they are all bad. a shake is better on the run. dont try and convince yourself they are good.

pre-made chicken and rice, steak and rice, chicken and yam etc.. in Tupperware.

ps. how would you not have protein powder available and yet have bars available? they are both equally easy to have available.

well in between graduate classes i dont really have time to go and warm something up and protein powder and water makes me gag. I know its probably better for you then skim milk but i just cant do it. And the milk will get warm if i have it with me..so a bar would seem easiest. maybe i could look for a meal that doesnt have to be warm but still has protein to put in tupperware

Do whatever you want bro. I'm just telling you that bars are crap. As far as not being able to have a protein shake because it makes you gag. Well, I think you know how I feel about that kind of statement. Kinda like someone saying, "I cant lift weights because it makes me sore."
