going to have to revamp that bro. take a look at the diet section and get an idea of what people are eating.Originally posted by ThePatriot235no i am not doing cardio and my diet is about 2 to 3 eggs with ham in the morning then lunch is usally a salad or sub because i have school then dinner consist of 1 of the meat group 2 of the vegtable and 2 of the bread group
