    hey guys i am a begining weight lifter and need to lose some pounds around the stomach area and was wondering if you had any tips they will all be greatly apperciated

    well if your trying to lose fat lifting wont help, you need to adjust your diet and try some cardio

      yea i know i am trying to lose weight before i weight lift but i need some exercise that would help get rid of the pounds.

        cardio and diet will take care of the fat burning process. are you doing cardio now? what does your diet look like?

          no i am not doing cardio and my diet is about 2 to 3 eggs with ham in the morning then lunch is usally a salad or sub because i have school then dinner consist of 1 of the meat group 2 of the vegtable and 2 of the bread group

            going to have to revamp that bro. take a look at the diet section and get an idea of what people are eating.
