Your best bet is to buy wheat bread from a health food store (make sure you read the label and keep it in the refrigerator because it will mold really fast). With pasta the G.I. depends on the thickness as well as how you cook it. The less you cook it the the lower the G.I.
So if you eat pasta make sure it's firm and thick :ghey:
