I've been trying to eat more greens in my diet but I suffer from a weak appetite. If I were to eat my protein/carbs then wait an hour or so to eat my vegetables, will I be losing anything? Would it relate specifically to whether I was bulking or cutting?

McMurphyIt's got me and my doctor stumped but I get full really easily and will feel nauseated for about 15 minutes after I eat a meal, sometimes fighting to keep it down. Being able to space it out helps. Go figure.

Not all but several. My doctor's tried treating me for ulcers and acid reflux with meds but nothing's worked.
