  • Seared Ahi Tuna w/ Balsamic Vinaigrette

Now, I know Ahi is a bit more expensive, but it's totally worth the price. And, when you're dieting for a show and eating catfood, you want the best! ;). We get ours at Sams. I think it's about $11/lb.

Anyway, this is SUPER easy, and takes about 5 minutes to make.

Brush tuna steaks with olive oil on both sides

Sprinkle cajun seasoning & garlic salt on both sides, rub in.

Heat 1 tsp oilive oil on med-high heat.

Put tuna in skillet once heated. Cook tuna until bottom is cooked up 1/4 inch. Turn over, cook 1/4 inch up the steak as well.

Spray with Wishbone Balsamic Breeze dressing, and eat!

        Finally a Good Site

Hi everyone, it's been way too long since I've popped my head in to say hello to everyone. I've been around looking at all the comments and replies to everyone, but I haven't joined until today ! This forum is very informative and I'm hoping to learn more.

I look forward to sharing ideas with everybody! And everyone is so nice (even though you dont even know me yet). It was nice reading about where everyone is at. I look forward to getting to know everyone as we exchange messages on this board.

I'm pretty happy to be here!
