  • Shrimp and Pasta

This is real easy and tastes great. Adjust amount as needed.

    1 bag precooked detailed shrimp
    Whole wheat pasta
    Garlic
    Extra virgin olive oil
    Butter substitute( smart balance etc.)

Add butter, olive oil, garlic and shrimp in a pan
(cut the garlic thin) season with lemon pepper seasoning
add enough oil/butter for a sauce
You have to adjust the amount according to pasta cooked
cook until garlic turns light brown(dont over cook or it will taste like shit)and shrimp is carmalized.

Cook pasta then pour shrimp/sauce over. You can add some parmesan cheese if you like.
This is really easy and fast.

Sounds good bro, will give it a try.

Quick question, what is lemon pepper seasoning? Do they sell it in the basic seasoning section at the store?

Yes, it's good on fish. They make a lime pepper that I like even better.

Addition to the other ingredients I previously listed:

When you cook the pasta have 1 or 2 eggs mixed up and once the water is drained mix in the raw eggs stirring as you pour. Dont worry about them being raw because they will cook as you pour them in because the pasta is hot. This adds a bit of flavor and protein.

I forgot to mention that this also tastes great with whole grain rice.
