1 box of sugar free-fat free jello,vanilla,chocolate or whatever you like 2 SCOOPS OF WHEY PROTEIN 1TABLESPOON OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 1 CUP OF OATMEAL THROW IN SOME WALNUTS 10 EGG WHITES ADD ENOUGH WATER TO MIX LIKE A PEANUT BUTTER TEXTURE,MAYBE ADD A SOME FRUIT(BLUEBERRIES OR WHATEVER).i HAVE EVEN ADDED PEANUT BUTTER TO MINE,THIS IS GREAT ANYTIME OF THE DAY!
