Love your icon. Looks like Crocodylus niloticus, but I'm not aware of too many confirmed incidents of that type involving that species. What's the origin?

                :moon: :fufool:

Never mind, I found the incident. Wouldn't have if I hadn't known the species name to look for. Taxonomy is useful stuff.

                Anyhow, who says 5 alpha-androstan-2-oxa-17 alpha-methyl-17 beta-ol-3-one is English?

the science community was saying steroids didnt help build muscle all through out the 50's, 60's, and 70's. they finally agreed in the 80's that it did. bodybuilders knew all along though. science smiance. :P

Depends on which scientists you were talking to - the ones paid by the government to say stupid shit, or the ones really doing the research.

I highly recommend the good stuff that Lyle McDonald and Dan Duchaine have to say about optimal muscle building, partitioning and timing macronutrients and chemical assistance. It's incredibly geeky and technical, but if you can follow it it's worth the ride.

duchaine was a smart guy but IMO not the best for bodybuilding. he brought things like IGF, slin ect to light. in some ways i think he is responsible for the shitty state of bodybuilding right now.
