Has anyone read this book...Its by Dan Duchaine... I have been reading it and some of his ideas for diets sound really interesting..Just wonderin if anyone around here has tried it out?

I have never read it but I would like to. Duchaine was ahead of his time for sure. Little wacky but had a lot of good ideas. He is the person that applied nolvadex and other compounds to bodybuilding.

Excellent book...a lot of ideas we use on a regular basis are derived from his books. Read some Lyle McDonald as well, similar ideas and both VERY intelligent.

I haven't read Body Opus but I've been meaning for quite some time to get Lyle McDonald's The Ultimate Diet 2.0 and I finally ordered it on Amazon. Can't wait to get my hands on it!
