  • Need help: quick diet for contest pics!

    I recently won "best body" in the surperlatives for my highschool yearbook. I am going to have to take a picture in about 1-2 weeks. I am wondering how i should eat, and when i should take this picture (time of day). What are some pre-contest type tips you guys can give me to appear as good as possible in this picture.

    I am pretty lean already. What would you do, if you wanted to look as good as possible in a yearbook type picture. Im thinking of carb depleating for a week, then feeding back the morning before. What do you guys suggest? BTW my shirt will be off.

      are you lean already?

      If yes, and at your age, carb depleation will cause you to look flat and skinny.

      Just stop drinking water 12 hours before your pixs and eat a lot of carbs with no water. It will pull water in the muscle from underneath your skin, but again, I know nothing of your body, so this could be risky too. best just stay normal and pump up right before pixs.

        OK, im thinking about holding off on the water the morning before the pics. And just pumping. Its a bunch of highschool kids, they wont know the difference anyway.

            Do some curls and bench press right before the pics and put some preperation-H on your abs.

                Its a topical diuretic, same ingredients as all these Cutting Gels and Ripping Gels. Works for an hour or so.
