i type with 1 finger so it would take forever to list all the ingredients but here are some
long linear chain maltodextrins with very low dextrose equivalence providing a complex carb source approximately 96.5% sugar free

whey protein concentrate whey protein hydrolysate creatine monohydrate
then it starts to list all kinds of vitamins!

complex cabs only no sucrose, fructose, or aspartame
          96% fat free
          100% whey protein sources
          2g glutamine

CytoCarb II™(CytoSport's Unique Combination Of Branching As Well As Long Linear Chain Maltodextrins With Very Low "DE" (Dextrose Equivalence) Providing A Complex Source Approximately 96.5% Sugar-Free), CytoCarb II™(Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Hydrolysate), Cocoa Powder, Creatine Monohydrate, CytoVite I™(Vitamin And Mineral Premix Consisting Of Vitamin A Acetate, Cholecalciferol, D-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate, Ascorbic Acid, Folate, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Niacinamide, Pyridoxine HCL, Cyanocobalamin, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Di-Calcium Phosphate, Potassium Iodide, Potassium Chloride, Ferrous Fumarate, Magnesium Oxide, Copper Gluconate, Zinc Oxide, Chromium Nicotinate), Cellulose Gum, Xanthan Gum, Soy Lecithin, Salt, Natural And Artificial Flavors, Potassium Citrate, Carrageenan, Acesulfame Potassium, Sucralose

The first ingredient is maltodextrin, which is sugar. I don't know how they manage to claim it's not a sugar, but it is. Weight-gainers have been claiming that maltodextrin is a "complex" carbs for years but it still spikes your insulin. Whenever you're trying to detirmine the quality of a carb, look at the fiber. 79 grams of carbs with only 4 grams of fiber? a serving of pinto beans has 20 grams of carbs and 7 grams of fiber. If you're going to take a weight-gainer like that, you might as well just get a good quality protein powder (whey isolate or isolate/concentrate blend) and some ding-dongs or hostess cupcakes. I'm dead serious when I say that.

                    ON 100% whey+hostess cupcakes>cytogainer

I guess I went a little far with the hostess cupcake comparison, those have all kinds of saturated fat and stuff so they would be a poor choice.

However, that weight-gainer is junk bro. They main protein source is whey concentrate and the carbs are high G.I. carbs. You can take that PWO, but I sure wouldn't take it any other time. If you just want to gain mass and you're not too worried about putting on fat; there are better options

Red meat. Whole eggs. Whole wheat pasta. Mashed red potatoes with olive-oil butter. Red beans and rice. If you're only using the weight-gainer PWO then that's fine, but you could probably get a better quality whey protein for the same or less. If you really like it though, keep drinking it PWO. Sometimes I drink those fruit juice Monster energy drinks before I lift; I know they're pretty much crap but I like them so once in awhile I'll get one. :dunno:
