hey guys,
im bulking again, and im eating more red meat. im also eating whole eggs and bad cholesterol runs in my family. im 23 years old and i weight 195lbs. im still doing moderate cardio 3 days a week and heavy lifting. also i take a multi vit. and flax oil. will my cardio and lifting schedule help keep my cholesterol down? or should i just cut down on red meats and take out the yolks?
