well..i'm at about 248 in my gym clothes so I'm happy about that. I've reintroduced cardio and am dropping a wee bit of fat, though it's not ike I'm cutting right now or anything. I'm stronger than I've been, and people are commenting on how big I look...I've managed to bring up my back and legs, which was a major goal of mine. My legs aren't there yet, but they're way better than they were.
Diet is still the hardest thing for me, I feel my metabolism is still slow, which, while it makes it easier to put on mass, makes it harder to stay lean. I'd say I'm about 16-18% right now. When cutting time comes I may have to see if I can find a diet guy.
I do feel bloated a lot of the day, as eating this much is difficult for me.
