I dont even get sore at all most of the time. my legs are really the only body part that gets sore every time. every once in a while if i nut on my tris they will be a little sore for a few days.
even though i know being sore doesnt necessarily mean u had a better workout, i must admit i feel like i worked harder when i am sore.

something may be wrong with your training. you should be sore in more then just your legs.Originally posted by The_Grinder View PostI dont even get sore at all most of the time. my legs are really the only body part that gets sore every time. every once in a while if i nut on my tris they will be a little sore for a few days.

something is definitely wrong then. lol. your muscle should be sore, not your joints. its all about feeling the muscle when you left. not about the heaviest weight.Originally posted by The_Grinder View PostI mean if I take some time off I'll get sore a little. My bones and joints are sore all the time if that counts! :)

Well I always keep my reps at an intense 8-10. I mostly do traditional splits, (not doing my lagging arms split anymore). I keep the weight as heavy as possible and I revolve around all the good lifts, (bench, squat, DL, military press, rows, etc.) The only thing I can think of is my rest between sets. I usually rest at least 2 minutes between sets should I bring that down to a minute??Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Postsomething is definitely wrong then. lol. your muscle should be sore, not your joints. its all about feeling the muscle when you left. not about the heaviest weight.

are your movements controlled and strict? anyone can throw around heavy weight. watch pumping iron. see how Arnold lifts, that how it should be done.Originally posted by The_Grinder View PostWell I always keep my reps at an intense 8-10. Yeah I've seen it. I actually have always focused on my form and I have a fairly slow pace on most lifts. (With the exception of maybe standing military press when im trying to force out a couple extra reps) I'll try shortening my rest time between sets and see if it does anything for me.

i dont think its about rest time in between sets. maybe you should just pick a different hobby like Guitar Hero or something. :fufool:Originally posted by The_Grinder View PostYeah I've seen it.
