              I wasnt suggesting that you add more carbs, just saying since you are taking out the grapes you could add a few carbs to a different part of the day. Not really adding any carbs, just moving them around.

                The deal wit that is my parents r against red meat becuz my father has high cholesteral and high blood pressure, my mom hates red meat, and she doesn't want my little brother eatin it
                And fish is currently $6 a pound

                I do every once in a while eat a burger from BK or McDonalds

                      Honestly, my dad buys the weirdest meat

                      He will randomly come home wit 10lbs of calve meat (i have had that 2 weeks in a row last yr)
                      or bring an entire leg of a lamb, goat, or some animal that he got

                          8:45am 4oz oatmeal, glass of milk, 5 boiled egg whites
                          You want fast protein here, have the shake first, i make mine with a cup of raw oats in it in a blender which isn't optimal but it works and is fast, use water, not milk, you dont need the fat slowing down digestion
                          11:30am pwo protein shake 25g, 6oz apple juice

                          12:30pm 1 sweet potato, 6oz chicken, 2oz mixed vege's, half multi vitamin, 3oz spinach wit kidney beans
                          bump this meal up to around 12, you need solid food sooner in the day closer to when you finish working out. I wouldnt get so fancy. make sure you get the sweet potatoe and more than 6 oz of chicken
                          2:00pm 3 table spoons of pb
                          skip this and move the 4 meal to 2:30 or 3
                          4:00pm 6oz chicken, 5oz mixed vege's, 3oz spinach wit kidney beans

                          6:00pm 2 table spoons of ph
                          skip this and move the 7:30 to 5:30 or 6. this would be a perfect time for some fish or even the red meat.
                          7:30pm 4oz mixed vege's, 6oz chicken, 3oz spinach wit kidney beans, half multi vitamin
                          around 8 or so I would eat something small, protein and fat, maybe the PB
                          10:30pm-11:00pm 8oz cottage cheese wit grapes

                          Bouncer i know u said to get rid of the grapes, but bro i need them becuz thats the only i can stomach it....but f its really that bad for me than i will cut it out

                          skip the grapes, don't bother cutting up the vitamin and get some fish oil. I take mine before a meal to keep the burps to a minimum. Add it to the afternoon meals. I know this can still see huge improvements but it will get ou more on the right track.

                            the only reason i spilt that multi vitamin is so i give myself small amounts throughout the day, f i take that pill at one time, it gets pissed out.

                              depends on the strength of the fish oil you buy. i take the costco brand. i take 2 in the morning and 2 at dinner.

                                ya we have the same in my house, its 1000mg and it says take 3 daily. So i might as well take one wit bfast, one around 2pm, and one around 7pm.

                                My parents also have flax seeds, and they mix it in wit their oatmeal in the morning, should i start doing that???
