I got an Oster Fusion blender for xmas to replace my old crappy one. The last time I tried to drink my oats, it sucked, so I didn't try it again. But this morning I figured I'd give it another whirl, so to speak. Raw oats, a scoop of protein, nf cottage cheese and nf milk mixes up like a charm in this baby, and is actually smooth and drinkable rather than barf-a-liciously chunky. Yay Oster Fusion.

Who the hell doesn't have access to a blender? Wal Mart, $12.99. Thing is, the Wal Mart $12.99 special doesn't blend oats worth shit, so I was eating my oats instead of drinking them. Which was no big deal since a bowl of oats and cottage cheese and protein is a decent breakfast anyway. It's just easier and faster to drink them.

try this:
2 scoops chocolate protein +
Water +
1 cup frozen strawberries/blueberries/raspberries
Blend.
Pour in one cup of oats and stir in with a spoon.
It tastes really, really good, very drinkable--not barf-like or chunky. The frozenness of the shake keeps the oats suspended rather than having them all fall to the bottom.
